Lollicup Leases for Logistics, HQ in Inland Empire

CHINO, CA—Lollicup USA Inc., a specialty beverage retailer and supplier, has signed a long-term lease for 300,300 sq. ft. in the First Chino Logistics Center here at 6185 Kimball Avenue.

The center is on 16 acres in this Inland Empire submarket. The property will serve as the tenant’s U.S. headquarters, production, distribution and service center. The company will take occupancy sometime in the second quarter.

First Industrial Realty Trust is the developer of the logistics center. Johannson Yap, the company’s CIO, says in a statement that the lease was signed well ahead of schedule. "Our investment in developing the First Chino Logistics Center is part of our strategic plan to expand and enhance our portfolio in Southern California, the nation's largest distribution market," Yap says.

Ryan McClean, senior regional director with First Industrial, represented his firm in the lease, with the assistance of Paul Earnhart and Steve Haston with Lee & Associates. Chicago-based First Industrial owns and manages approximately 4.1 million square feet of industrial properties in the Southern California market.
