CHICAGO—Call One is moving and expanding its office in a lease of 25,505 sq. ft. at 225 West Wacker.
The company gets to stay in the Central Loop, moving from about 6,000 less sq. ft. at 123 North Wacker. The company, a provider of a voice, data and Internet services firm, said it needs space to grow. CBRE’s Brad Serot and Jarrett Annenberg represented the tenant in the lease and Jeff Samaras of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
“Large open creative spaces are in high demand in North Central Loop since tech firms are trending toward relocating there,” Serot says. “We worked very hard to find a suitable space for Call One that accommodated their needs and allowed for growth.”
