CHICAGO—Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates Inc. has renewed and expanded its lease at 10 S. LaSalle St. here to 18,292 sq. ft.
The structural engineering, architectural, and materials sciences firm increased its footprint by 3,068 sq. ft. Greg Mikrut, Terry Mostrom and Kevin Donohoe with Studley represented the tenant in the transaction. Mark Baby and Ben Cleveland with JF McKinney represented the landlord, the Feil Group.
“This transaction allowed our client to remain in a preferred location while accommodating their expansion needs,” said Mikrut in a statement. “We were also able to negotiate a significant concession package including rental abatement and a capital allowance to fund the full build-out of the expansion space as well as renovate a portion of the existing premises.”
