The historic Bush Tower, a narrow 30-story skyscraper that was once the tallest building in Midtown Manhattan, has gained a new ownership team and a renovation plan.
A partnership of Tribeca Associates and Meadow Partners acquired the long-term leasehold in the tower from American Properties, which will retain ownership of the land under the building. The purchase price was not revealed. The new name of the building will be 130 West 42nd Str
