DivcoWest Buys Office Portfolio in Boston’s Seaport District in $106.75M Deal

DivcoWest Properties bought a four-building, 362,562-sq.-ft. office portfolio in Boston’s Seaport District from Brickman Associates for $106.75 million.

The portfolio includes 300 A Street, 313 Congress Street, 330 Congress Street and 51 Sleeper Street. The buildings were originally constructed as wool warehouses and later converted into high-quality office space.

“These are all buildings with great bones in a dynamic submarket of Boston that is rapidly growing in its appeal for companies seeking creative workplace environments,” said Stuart Shiff, CEO of DivcoWest, in a statement.

Coleman Benedict and Ben Sayles, of HFF, negotiated this transaction. In addition, HFF arranged a $31.4 million acquisition loan from Eastern Bank for 51 Sleeper Street. Riaz Cassum and Lauren O’Neil negotiated the financing.
