Grant Thornton Takes Upper Floors at US Bank Plaza

MINNEAPOLIS—Grant Thornton LLP has relocated at US Bank Plaza from lower floors to 31,484-sq.-ft. in upper offices.

The firm relocated from floors five and six to floors 14 and 15. The 1.8-million-sq.-ft. complex, owned by Hines, has two buildings, one that has 22 stories and the other has 40 stories.

The company said the new space can handle more than 300 employees, and are designed to support employee collaboration and innovation. All workspaces have access to natural light as well as modern conference and team rooms, which include modern AV and video conferencing capabilities.

“This move is the latest milestone in the continued growth of the firm’s Minneapolis office,” said Jarod Allerheiligen, office managing partner at the firm, in a statement. “Our new space reinforces our commitment to offering an environment that enhances our employees’ productivity and development in order to better serve our clients.”
