Almost Home

The former Jeffersonville II Outlet Center in Jeffersonville, Ohio, will become a “home-themed” project tenanted exclusivel, by home goods retailers next fall. Midwest Outlets — owner of the 300,000-square-foot center — hired Malvern, Pa.-based The Boyle Group to recruit local and national tenants for the center, which will be renamed HomeWorks. The remerchandised center, located halfway between Cincinatti and Columbus, will include space for 75 retailers that sell products ranging from furniture to lamps to appliances and gardening tools, says Gregory Boyle, president of The Boyle Group.
