Kravco Co. Mary Jane "MJ" Morrow has been named vice president and chief financial officer of King of Prussia, Pa.-based Kravco Co. She will be responsible for all relationships with the company's capital sources, both debt and equity, as well as supervision of the accounting and MIS corporate functions. Most recently, Morrow served as senior vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer for Rockville, Md.-based Federal Realty Investment Trust.

Opus West Corp Ronald C. Moore has been promoted from senior director of real estate development to vice president of real estate development for Phoenix-based Opus West Corp. He will be responsible for real estate development issues, including project feasibility, site acquisition, entitlements, design and construction oversight, and leasing.

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. Greensboro, N.C.-based Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. has made a number of management changes. Jerry M. Teitelbaum has been named assistant vice president of leasing, development properties. He will be responsible for leasing the company's development properties as well as operating factory outlet shopping centers nationwide. Previously, Teitelbaum served as vice president of leasing for Charter Oak Partners.

Beth G. Lippincott has been promoted from director of leasing to assistant vice president of leasing, operating properties. She will be responsible for property operations and center leasing, occupancy maintenance and overall asset management. Also, Becky T. Oliver has been promoted from director of site selection to assistant vice president of real estate. She will be responsible for site selection and assisting in the sales and leasing of peripheral properties, which include hotel and restaurant developments.

CBL & Associates Properties Inc. Keith L. Honnold has been named acquisitions director for Chattanooga, Tenn.-based CBL & Associates Properties Inc. He will oversee all future shopping center acquisitions from the company's regional office in Boston. Most recently, Honnold served as vice president of Kansas City, Mo.-based Principal Commercial Advisors.

Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate Gael Courtney has been promoted from management and operations administrator to vice president of operations for San Diego-based Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate. She will be responsible for corporate accounting, marketing and human resources.

Bang & Olufsen America Inc. Ole Bek has been promoted from managing director of international distribution development to president of Mount Prospect, Ill.-based Bang & Olufsen America Inc. He will lead the company's efforts in expanding product distribution and meeting product demand.

Forest City Enterprises Inc. Alan W. Schmiedicker has been promoted from general manager to vice president and general manager for The Galleria at Sunset and Showcase shopping centers in the Las Vegas area, both of which are owned by Cleveland-based Forest City Enterprises Inc. He will interface with development and management for all of the company's future Nevada retail projects.

Auntie Anne's Hand-rolled Soft Pretzels Dave Hood has been promoted from vice president of franchise development to president of Gap, Pa.-based Auntie Anne's Hand-rolled Soft Pretzels. He will coordinate all corporate operations and report to the company's chair and chief executive officer, "Auntie" Anne Beiler.

Samuel R. Beiler has been promoted from vice president of store operations to chief operations officer. He will direct internal operations and day-to-day company management; manage the development and operations groups; and oversee the marketing and human resources departments.

Newcastle Properties L.L.C. Michael J. Horne has been named vice president and director of leasing for Northbrook, Ill.-based Newcastle Properties L.L.C. He will assume leasing responsibilities for a Midwestern commercial real estate portfolio. Previously, Horne served as vice president and director of leasing operations for HSS Real Estate (prior to the 1997 merger with Norcor Investments, of which Newcastle Properties was an outgrowth).

GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp. Harold W. Purcell has been promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president of proprietary lending and conduit operations for Horsham, Pa.-based GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp. He will be responsible for proprietary loans and the content of conduit operations.

Michael B. Goorvich has been appointed senior vice president of national investor relations. He will be responsible for strengthening the company's relationships with its key investors. Previously, Goorvich served as executive vice president and managing director of the income property finance division of Chicago-based Baird and Warner Inc.

Victoria Ward Ltd. Jeffrey C. Dinsmore has been appointed chief financial officer for Honolulu-based Victoria Ward Ltd. He will be responsible for all financial reporting as well as project feasibility and management. Previously, Dinsmore served as vice president of land development for The Gentry Cos., Honolulu.

LBE Technologies Inc. Ross C. Mulholland has been appointed vice president and chief financial officer of Cupertino, Calif.-based LBE Technologies Inc. (the company is launching NASCAR Silicon Motor Speedway). He will be responsible for all internal and external financial matters, human resources, information systems, and facilities management. Most recently, Mulholland served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Discovery Channel Retail/The Nature Company, Bethesda, Md.

Edens & Avant Commercial Real Estate Jodie W. McLean has been promoted from vice president of acquisitions and asset management to chief investment officer. She will be responsible for investment activities related to the company's retail real estate portfolio.

Earl C. Kurtz III has been promoted from assistant vice president to vice president of retail leasing for Columbia, S.C.-based Edens & Avant Commercial Real Estate. He will oversee leasing operations for the company's more than 100 shopping centers throughout the Southeast.

Joe Edens III has been promoted from assistant vice president to vice president of construction administration. He will assist with planning, feasibility analysis, design and engineering coordination for new construction, and renovations and tenant improvements.

Poag & McEwen Co.Dana B. Hansen has been named vice president of leasing for Memphis, Tenn.-based Poag & McEwen Co. He will be responsible for leasing and new Chicago-area developments. Previously, Hansen served as vice president of leasing for Urban Retail Properties.

Staubach Retail Services Barbara B. Womble has been named vice president of national accounts and marketing services for Staubach Retail Services, a division of The Staubach Co., Dallas. She will develop new business and assist in the continuing development and servicing of client relationships. Previously, Womble served as vice president of Dallas-based Halcyon Associates.

Glimcher Realty Trust John P. Hoeller has been named senior vice president of property management for Columbus, Ohio-based Glimcher Realty Trust. He will direct property management for the company's retail property portfolio. Most recently, Hoeller served as vice president and regional director of properties for Newton, Mass.-based WellsPark Group.

Stephen C. Arnsdorff has been named vice president and director of acquisitions. He will assist in executing the company's regional and community mall acquisitions strategy. Most recently, Arnsdorff served as director of acquisitions for Chattanooga, Tenn.-based CBL & Associates Properties Inc.

Goodman Segar Hogan Hoffler GVA James A. Milby has been promoted from property manager to vice president of Norfolk, Va.-based Goodman Segar Hogan Hoffler GVA. He will be responsible for day-to-day property management operations in the firm's Hampton Roads region.

Larry Schwenker has been promoted from vice president of property management to vice president and director of operations. He will oversee the company's property management division.

CB Commercial Real Estate Services Group Inc Jana L. Turner has been appointed president, institutional management services for Los Angeles-based CB Commercial/Koll Management Services, the property management division of CB Commercial Real Estate Services Group Inc. She will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including properties with institutional, opportunistic and individual ownership.

FAC Realty Trust Inc. James E. Button has been named vice president of property management for FAC Realty Trust Inc. He will oversee all property management and operations functions for the company's community and outlet shopping centers. Most recently, Button served as vice president of operations with Norton Shores, Mich.-based Horizon Group Inc.

The Rouse Co. Scott Freshwater has been named vice president and general manager of Santa Monica Place for The Rouse Co., Columbia, Md. He will be responsible for all leasing, marketing and operations of the 570,000 sq. ft. center. Previously, Freshwater served as Northern California regional manager for West Los Angeles-based Duckett-Wilson Development Co.

Excess Space Disposition Inc. Michael J. Burden has been named vice president of New York-based Excess Space Disposition Inc. He will act as a liaison between the company's retail clients and their landlords, as well as its potential lessees/purchasers and local network brokers. Most recently, Burden served as New York-based independent legal counsel to various real estate companies.

Grubb & Ellis Kevin L. Kete has been named senior vice president and Chicago region sales manager for Northbrook, Ill.-based Grubb & Ellis. He will work closely with the transaction services team in the company's Rosemont, Ill., office. Most recently, Kete served as senior vice president of Chicago-based Paine/Wetzel Associates.

Maureen Ehrenberg and John Orrico have been promoted to national presidents of management services and transaction services, respectively. In their new positions, Ehrenberg and Orrico will assume strategic direction and growth development for their respective businesses. Previously, both Ehrenberg and Orrico served as regional presidents.
