Plaza Construction Corp. In a realignment of this New York-based construction company, Steven Fisher has been named chairman and CEO. Previously, he served as president. In his new position, he will focus on company development projects. Also, Richard Wood has been named president. He previously served as executive vice president and will oversee business operations.

The Beach Co. This Charleston, S.C.-based developer has named John C. Darby president and COO. In his new position he will be responsible for operations, management and real estate ventures. He follows his uncle, Charlie Way, and the company founder, John Charles "JC" Long, as this 53-year-old company's third president

Boston Financial In a realignment of executive responsibilities, Vince Costantini has become president of the Investment Management Division. Prior to joining the company, Costantini was with General Investment and Development Co. for 11 years serving as a senior vice president. Also, Thomas A. Steele has joined the firm as president of its Real Estate Services Division. He has been an outside director of Boston Financial since 1993.

Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Solutions This Newark, N.J.-based company's new chairman and CEO is Steve Ozonian. In his new role, he will continue to direct an array of integrated services and be involved in intercultural training for executives. He previously served as vice chairman and COO as well as president and CEO of the Prudential affiliates.

Lender's Service Inc. The new CFO of this Pittsburgh-based company is Mark E. Thompson. He will oversee the finance and accounting groups for the company and will assume responsibility for financial planning and analysis. Thompson has 18 years of financial management experience.

Sunterra Corp. Due to the resignation of Michael Depatie, Richard Goodman has been named executive vice president and CFO of this Orlando-based vacation ownership company. Goodman joins Sunterra after five years at PepsiCo Inc. as senior vice president and CFO.

Society of Industrial and Office Realtors This international industrial and office real estate organization has elected J. Michael Boyd, CRE, SIOR, chairman. Boyd is the president of Boyd, Page & Associates, a Houston-based commercial real estate brokerage firm.

First American Title Insurance Co. Pamela Baldwin has been named president of this Santa Ana, Calif.-based title insurance company. She will be responsible for daily operations, marketing and escrow advisory activities. She has been with First American since 1994.

Chicago Title and Trust Co. Toshie Y. Davis has been elected vice president Investor Relations and Financial Analysis. In her new position at this Chicago-based title insurance company, Davis will be responsible for improving the company's operating and financial analysis methods and upgrading its management information systems.

Metric Constructors J. Clint Mays has been named to succeed James C. Taylor as vice president and manager of the Southeast Division of the company's General Building Group. Mays joined Metric in 1993.

Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust This Fort Washington, Pa.-based equity REIT has named Joseph F. Coradino as executive vice president and COO for the Retail Division. His responsibilities will include managing the growth and operation of its retail portfolio. Coradino's career has spanned 20 years with experience in all areas of the commercial real estate industry.

Capital Title Agency Inc. The president of this Scottsdale, Ariz.-based firm, Milt Ferrantelli, will broaden his responsibilities by assuming the position of CEO. He has been part of the title industry for more than 25 years.

Paragon Steve White has recently been promoted to president of this E. Walpole, Mass.-based company. White has been with this real estate due diligence company seven years, and his recent focus has been on customer service and quality performance.
