Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute Dewey Struble, CCIM, owner/broker of Trident Real Estate in Reno, Nev., has been elected 1998 president of the Chicago-based institute, which confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.

Hall Financial Group Inc. Following the confirmation of Kathryn Hall as U.S. Ambassador to Austria and her resignation as executive vice president of the Dallas-based firm, and Craig Hall's subsequent resignation as president, Donald Braun has been named president, Mark Depker has been named president of the management division, and Larry Levey has been named president of the development division. Craig Hall will continue to serve as chairman of the board of directors.

Benchmark Assisted Living The Wellesley, Mass.-based developer, owner and operator of senior housing throughout New England has appointed Michael A. Ayles chief financial officer and treasurer, Terrance Usher executive vice president and Robert G. Noonan senior vice president of investments.

Society of Industrial and Office Realtors Thomas E. McCormick III, SIOR, president -- USA operations of Colliers Macaulay Nicolls, Sacramento, Calif., will serve as the Washington, D.C.-based group's 1998 national president. J.
