Joshua Granger has joined BH Properties as regional director of acquisitions for Colorado, Washington and the Northwest. He will oversee acquisitions of value-added retail, office and warehouse/industrial properties in targeted regional markets. Prior to joining BH Properties, Granger served as acquisitions and dispositions manager of First Allied Corp.
Brandon McDougald has been promoted to vice president and manager of CLC Associates' Salt Lake City office. He will be responsible for overseeing the firm's Utah operations, client relations and continue as director of engineering. He has been with the firm for four years and an engineer for 13 years.
Thomas McNearney has joined Transwestern as executive managing director of development and investment. He will direct the firm's efforts to secure financing for development projects. Previously, McNearney served as a senior managing director for Trammell Crow Co.
Tim Moore has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Group as vice president. He will oversee the firm's growth throughout their regional market. Prior to joining Coldwell, Moore held positions with GVA IPC Commercial Real Estate and Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate.
