BILL COMEAU has joined DCL Management Corp. based in Tarrytown, N.Y., as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Comeau will help the company grow its 9.5 million sq. ft. portfolio comprised of 49 assets to more than 100 assets in the next three years. Previously, Comeau was director of financial reporting for Kimco Realty Corp., where he managed all of the accounting for joint ventures comprised of more than 250 assets.
JEFF GILLER has joined Liquid Realty Partners based in San Francisco as managing partner and chief investment officer. Giller will share responsibility for the firm's management, investment, and fund formation activities with Scott Landress, the company's founder, managing partner and chief executive officer. Previously, Giller served as a partner with Somera Capital Management, where he was responsible for forming and managing Somera Realty Value Fund.
JOSEPH REED has joined Next Realty LLC based in Northfield, Ill., as principal. Reed will expand the company's land acquisition and development for retail and other value-added land opportunities. He also will be in charge of Midwest real estate development. Previously, Reed served as regional vice president for JP Morgan Chase where he directed the bank's retail roll-out program.
ERIN POGGE has joined The Lerner Co. based in Omaha, Neb., as leasing associate. Previously, Pogge served as commercial properties representative and senior leasing consultant/marketing specialist for Seldin Co., also in Omaha. She was recently selected to participate in Leadership Omaha.
