Miami - Columbia, Md.-based The Rouse Co. is developing West Kendall Town Center, a 1.4 million-sq.-ft. regional mall that will include as many as five department store anchors. Burdine's, Sears and The Great Indoor Store are already committed. The project is due for a spring 2003 opening.
