Washington, D.C. - ChainLinks Retail Advisors and DJM Realty Services recently formed an alliance to enhance the array of retail services offered by both companies.
Washington-based ChainLinks, the largest retail-only real estate service provider in the United States, specializes in tenant representation, leasing, property management, excess property disposition and other services. Melville, N.Y.-based DJM Realty Services, a division of Boston-based Gordon Brothers Group, helps clients evaluate and dispose of unwanted retail locations.
The partnership's combined resources will enable retail clients to better manage their leasehold exposure and to maximize the value of their under-performing assets, the companies announced.
"Our partnership presents DJM with access to ChainLinks' 50 offices across North America, 300 retail real estate experts and incredible knowledge of local markets," notes Andrew Graiser, co-founder of DJM. "In turn, ChainLinks will be able to leverage DJM's national disposition experience, lease mitigation and consulting, and Gordon Brothers' significant capital resources in facilitating retail mergers, dispositions and equity and debt financing."
