But wait, there's more: Brickman buys 660 Madison

Topping off our New York deals, locally based Brickman Associates and Rockwood Capital Real Estate Fund IV have acquired a condominium interest in 660 Madison Avenue. The $108 million acquisition includes 660 Madison's fully occupied 250,000 sq. ft. of office space located on 13 floors. The local office of Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Tokyo-based Isetan. New York-based APC Realty Advisors Real Estate Investment Banking advised Brickman.

The acquisition is Brickman and Rockwood's second in Manhattan. The two firms also own 150 E. 52nd St., which recently reached full occupancy.

Located in the Plaza District, 660 Madison was built in 1958 and completely renovated in 1993.
