Stephannie D. Mower has been named president and COO of Fort Worth, Texas-based Woodmont Realty Associates. She had been acting president and COO since February. Prior to joining Woodmont, Mower was vice president of Insignia Financial Inc. She has served on the board of NACORE and was co-founder of the Dallas chapter of Women in Commercial Real Estate.
