STRONGSVILLE, OH—Foundation Software, a developer of construction solutions, has moved into a 48,600-sq.-ft. new headquarters here on Foltz Industrial Parkway.
The company had been located in Brunswick, Ohio. Fred Ode, chairman and CEO of the firm, says in a statement that the building was a build-to-suit specifically built to the company’s standards, following two years of record profits at the firm.
"We've been very fortunate to be a part of two great communities in Northeast Ohio, and we're so proud to be a part of the area,” Ode says. “We're heading back to Strongsville because this new building is the perfect solution for where we are today and where we're going. This current rate of growth and the move to this new building will ensure that we maintain or even increase our momentum. We're moving in the right direction, and it's exciting to have so many opportunities ahead of us."
