Regency Centers completed Caligo Crossing, a 99,208-sq.-ft. shopping center in Coconut Creek, Fla. The firm also opened the Shops at Quail Creek, a 137,429-sq.-ft. shopping center in Denver, Colo.

Ironwood Property Group, LP will develop Tilden Ridge, a 400,000-sq.-ft. regional shopping center in Tilden Township, Pa.

Faison opened North Logan Commons, a 350,000-sq.-ft. regional shopping center in Loganville, Ga. The firm also opened phase I of Barrow Crossing, a 550,000-sq.-ft. power center in Winder, Ga.

JPRA Architects appointed William Pepin as director of JPRA Asset Advisors, its newly launched affiliate firm. Pepin will be responsible for consulting clients on distressed and challenged real estate assets.

UCR Urban, a division of United Commercial Realty, appointed James West as executive vice president. Previously, West headed the real estate department at Chico's FAS, Inc.

Benderson Development Co. LLC hired Rex Burgher as executive vice president of leasing. Previously, Burgher worked at Benderson for 23 years before in 2006.

KeyPoint Partners, LLC hired Rick Boiardi and John Kane as vice presidents of property and asset management. Prior to joining KeyPoint Partners, Boiardi worked at CrossPoint Associates. Kane has worked at Jones Lang LaSalle and Spaulding & Slye.

The Sembler Co. hired Seth Layton as vice president of asset management. Prior to joining Sembler, Layton served as executive vice president for the Florida region with Kimco Realty Corp.

PGP Valuation, Inc. appointed Phil Steffen as executive managing director of the firm's Phoenix office. In his new position, he will develop real estate valuation services for the Arizona market.

SRS Real Estate Partners hired Jeffrie L. Hood as a retail broker specializing in tenant representation. Prior to joining SRS Real Estate, Hood worked at Dick's Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy.

Sperry Van Ness Asset Recovery Team named Jim Morgan, managing director of Sperry Van Ness/Investec Services, as a member. Meanwhile, Sperry Van Ness/Investec Services appointed Tom Morgan as associate advisor and marketing coordinator.

A subsidiary of Forest City Enterprises, Inc. was selected by BlackRock Inc. to assume management and leasing duties at the 1.7-million-sq.-ft. Southlands mixed-use center in Denver, Colo.

Stirling Properties has been named as the management and leasing firm for two Target-anchored centers in Louisiana effective April 1, 2009. The centers include the 201,654-sq.-ft. University Shopping Center in Shreveport and the 168,268-sq.-ft. River Marketplace in Lafayette.

Stanbery Development awarded two property management contracts to Levin Management Corp. for centers in New Jersey. Levin will manage the 155,000-sq.-ft. Shoppes at Hamilton in Hamilton Twp. and the 122,000-sq.-ft. Shoppes at Cross Keys in Gloucester Twp.

The Cordish Co. continued work on the Kansas City Power & Light District, an $850 million, eight-block mixed-use downt development project in Kansas City, Mo. This spring, the Cordish will open Rooftop Park, the 14,985-sq.-ft. green component of the project. It will also open the Main Street movie theater.

Colliers International hired Mehran Foroughi as senior vice president in its Irvine, Calif., office. Prior to joining Colliers, Foroughi served as senior vice president with Sperry Van Ness.

Studley hired Bill Bauman as executive vice president in its national retail services group. Prior to joining Studley, Bauman served as senior vice president/partner with the retail division of Colliers International.

Colliers International hired Ian Schroeder as vice president in its Irvine, Calif., office. Previously, Schroeder served as an advisor with Sperry Van Ness.

North American Properties hired Kimberly Lenardson and Craig Kopko as leasing associates. Prior to joining North American, Lenardson worked at Grand Bay Properties, LLC and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. Kopko worked at Capstone Real Estate and Development and Pelican Bay Development.

David Hirschman Realty Company, Inc. appointed Alison Cohen as vice president of its retail division. Prior to joining David Hirschman Realty, Cohen served as a sales associate with NRI Commercial Properties, LLC.

Colliers International hired Maurice Nieman as vice president in its Irvine, Calif. ,office. Previously, Nieman served as an advisor with Sperry Van Ness.

Simon Property Group promoted Thearon Scurlock to area director of business development in Orlando and Tampa. Previously, Scurlock served as director of marketing and business development for the Simon's Florida Mall in Orlando.

Plaza Advisors hired Anthony Blanco as managing partner. Prior to joining Plaza Advisors, Blanco served as vice president of investment sales with CB Richard Ellis' Miami office.
