NEW JERSEY—Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has completed improvements to several of its industrial properties in Norwood, N.J. Upgrades to the corporate park, located at 335, 375 and 385 Chestnut Street and 10 Maple Street, include new office windows, new front awnings and loading dock improvements.
In addition, the company updated the properties’ landscaping at the buildings, which offer space suitable for an array of functions, including light industrial, warehousing, high-tech and R&D. Ceiling heights range from 16 to 18 ft. and the buildings offer on-site parking.
