Boy Scouts of America Pick Up One Saddle Road in Cedar Knolls to Serve as NJ HQs

CEDAR KNOLLS, NEW JERSEY—The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) has acquired One Saddle Road in Cedar Knolls, N.J., which it will use as its new corporate headquarters in New Jersey for its Patriots Path Council. BSA purchased the property for an undisclosed price from Olof & Elaine Erikson.

Bussel Realty Corp.’s (BRC) Steven Bussel, president, represented the tenant in the transaction, while Newmark Associates Inc. represented the seller.

Containing 14,000 sq. ft. of industrial flex space, One Saddle Road will be renovated to serve its new purpose as BSA’s corporate headquarters. The property is in close proximity to Routes 287, 202, 10 and 24.
