Burger 21 Expands with First New Jersey Location in Voorhees

VOORHEES, NJ—Burger 21, a new burger franchise, has opened its first location in New Jersey at Voorhees Town Center, located at 12109 Town Center Blvd. The restaurant is owned and operated by current The Melting Pot franchisee Charlie Haney, along with business partners Curt Wunder and Mike Astuto.

Haney, president of ABL Restaurant Management, has plans to open 12 Burger 21 locations throughout southern New Jersey. In addition to a variety of burgers, the Voorhees location will have craft beer, wines by the glass and, exclusive to the location, adult milk shakes.

Currently, Burger 21 has seven restaurants open and 17 franchised locations in development along the East Coast.

Based in Tampa, Fla., Burger 21 is an affiliate of Front Burner Brands and has seven locations open in Tampa Bay, Fla., Orlando, Fla., and Voorhees, N.J., and 17 in development in six states.
