NEW JERSEY—Denholtz Associates, based in Matawan, N.J., completed 882,322 sq. ft. of deals throughout its New Jersey portfolio in 2012.

A few of the significant deals signed in New Jersey during 2012 include:
• American Computer Resources (AMCOR), which signed a 17,686-sq.-ft. extension at the Fairfield Business Center in Fairfield, N.J. Stephen Olefson of Denholtz Associate represented both AMCOR and Denholtz in the transaction.
• IQ Dental Supply, which signed an expansion and extension totaling 21,620 sq. ft. at Fairfield Business Center in Fairfield. Olefson represented both IQ Dental Supply and Denholtz in the transaction.
• Steel producer Duferco Steel Inc., which signed an extension to occupy 10,961 sq. ft. at Metropark South in Matawan, N.J. The tenant was represented by CBRE VP Wesley K. Moore, while the landlord was represented by Steven Geltzeiler of Denholtz Associates.
• Heinrich Bauer Publishing, which renewed a long-term lease at 270 Sylvan Ave. in Englewood Cliffs, N.J. The company occupies 49,000 square feet.
