BASKING RIDGE—Feist & Feist Realty Corp. was recently recognized as the top producing Coldwell Banker Commercial office in New Jersey in 2011. The company has received the Top Producing Office in three of the last four years, despite a sluggish New Jersey commercial real estate market.
Peter Wisniewski, executive vice president, was named Number One Sales Professional in the State of New Jersey in addition to receiving the Coldwell Banker Commercial Bronze Level Circle of Distinction for his transaction revenue in 2011. The Circle of Distinction is an honor bestowed upon the top ranking producers among Coldwell Banker Commercial professionals.
Peter Wisniewski joined the firm in June 2008 after working with a commercial real estate brokerage in Chatham for more than 20 years. Wisniewski credits his Coldwell Banker Commercial sales success to a number of factors including understanding the competition as well as the needs of each client.
Some of most notable transactions that contributed to his success are: the sale of the Summit Chevrolet property in Summit; the sale of 50,000-sq.-ft. warehouse in Readington to a major trucking company; regional office leases with Bevan Mosca law firm and VM Ware; a long-term lease with a top child care company in Basking Ridge and the leasing of almost 100,000 sq. ft of industrial tenants at the Chimney Rock Industrial Park in Bridgewater.
