NEW JERSEY—RCD Frozen Treats has signed a new retail lease agreement to occupy 1,750 sq. ft. of space at Riverfront Plaza in Hackensack, N.J., where it will operate as a franchise of Go Greenly, an eco-friendly frozen yogurt eatery.
Situated at 500 South River Street in the heart of the seat of Bergen County, Riverfront Plaza is a 130,000-sq.-ft. shopping center owned by Crossroads Companies LLC. The center is anchored by ShopRite and includes other national retailers and service providers, including Chase Bank, GNC, H&R Block, KFC and Subway, among others.
The signing of Go Greenly follows two other recent leases at Riverfront Plaza. Previously, Crossroads Companies had signed separate agreements totaling 7,250 sq. ft. with Hilti, a hardware retailer, and HSHS Liquors.
