NEW JERSEY—A partnership comprised of Candlebrook Properties LLC and Angelo, Goron & Co. has purchased Echelon Glen Apartments, an 844-unit multifamily apartment community in Voorhees, N.J. for an undisclosed purchase price.
Karen Iman, Andrew Merin and Brian Whitmer of Cushman & Wakefield Inc.’s capital markets group represented the institutional seller and procured the buyer.
Situated on 56.3 acres in Camden County, Echelon Glen includes a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, as well as three-bedroom townhomes. The property is in close proximity to public transportation, as well as to Interstate 295 and Routes 30 and 73.
Amenities at Echelon Glen include a lake, recently renovated clubhouse, pool, fitness center, business center and courtyards.
