NEW JERSEY—Woodbridge, N.J.-based Kislak Co. Inc. has arranged the all-cash, $19.6 million sale of Ashley Club Apartments and Arbor Club Apartments in Pensacola, Fla. Taken together, the properties total 392 units.
Kislak Co.’s President Robert Holland, SVP Matt Weilheimer and Joseph Keenan, sales associate, handled the sale exclusively on behalf of the seller and procured the purchaser through the company’s Florida brokerage affiliate.
Both Ashley Club Apartments and Arbor Club Apartments were constructed in 1985 and include a combination of one- and two-bedroom units. Ashley Club Apartments contains 224 units and is located at 2101 Scenic Highway.
Arbor Club Apartments contains 168 units and is located at 700 East College Blvd.
Amenities at the properties include fully equipped kitchens, private screened patios or balconies, a pool with sundeck and hot tub, tennis court and an on-site fitness center.
