PA/NJ Sustainability Symposium Focuses on Delaware Valley

PHILADELPHIA—The second annual PA/NJ Sustainability Symposium will bring together industry, university and community leaders to share best practices, ask challenging questions and provide information about sustainability in the Delaware Valley. This event will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., March 29, beginning with a 7:30 a.m. breakfast and registration.

Fifteen panel discussions will take place throughout the day, covering topics including energy management systems, community engagement, building retrofits, starting a sustainable business, electric cars, LEED/Energy Star issues and more. Keynote speakers include Mayor Michael Nutter, discussing the Philly Green Works program; Roger Platt, Executive Vice President of the U.S. Green Building Council; Henry H. Chamberlain, President and CEO of Building Owners and Management Association, International (BOMA).
