NEW YORK—Aerotek Inc. and TEKsystems Inc. have leased more than 28,000 sq. ft. of office space at 757 Third Ave. The sister companies are relocating to the property, which will serve as their New York headquarters.
Aerotek has leased 13,551 sq. ft. on the eighth floor, while TEKsystems will occupy 15,115 sq. ft. on the 12th floor. Both tenants will occupy their space at the Midtown property for a 10-year term.
Cassidy Turley’s L. Jamie Smith, Michael Norris and Jonathan Schindler represented Aerotek and TEKsystems in the transactions, while RFR Realty’s Steve Morrows, executive vice president and director of leasing, and a team from Jones Lang LaSalle led by Mitchell Konsker and Alexander Chudnoff represented building ownership.
Acquired by RFR Realty LLC in 1999, 757 Third Ave. has undergone building upgrades, including a modernized lobby. In addition to Aerotek and TEKsystems, the property includes tenants such as NTT America Inc., Mizuho Alternative Investments LLC and The Mainchi Newspapers, among others.
