CapLease Closes $18.1M Acquisition of Class A Office Building in San Antonio

NEW YORK—CapLease Inc., headquartered in New York, has completed the acquisition of a class A office property in San Antonio, Texas.

Totaling 96,000 sq. ft., the property is leased to two large corporate tenants, with approximately 71 percent of the space leased through mid-2021 to Becton, Dickinson and Co.

The remaining space in the building is leased through October 2022 to United Healthcare Services Inc.

CapLease, Inc. is a real estate investment trust, or REIT, that primarily owns and manages a diversified portfolio of single tenant commercial real estate properties subject to long-term leases to high credit quality tenants.
