Cushman & Wakefield Names Ron Lo Russo President of N.Y. Tri-state Region

NEW YORK—Cushman & Wakefield has named Ronald T. Lo Russo president of the company’s New York tri-state region. He will be based in the company’s headquarters offices in Midtown Manhattan.

In his new role, Lo Russo will serve as a key member of the firm’s executive management team in the U.S. and will be responsible for driving growth, overseeing brokerage operations in the nine regional offices and coordinating brokerage activities with the company’s global platform of services.

Prior to being named president of Cushman & Wakefield, Lo Russo served as VP of leasing for the New York office division of Vornado Realty Trust.

“Cushman & Wakefield is focused on hiring and developing the best professionals in the industry, with a focus on our next generation of leaders, and the addition of Ron is indicative of that strategy,” said Jim Underhill, president and CEO of the Americas. “He brings with him the leadership necessary to continue making C&W the preferred place to work, and the best platform for delivering the highest quality services to our clients. He will have the full support of senior management in expanding C&W’s capabilities and footprint throughout the New York Tri-state area.”

In addition to Lo Russo’s appointment, Suzy Reingold has been promoted to COO of the New York tri-state region.
