iN DEMAND Signs 13-Year Lease Renewal on Hudson Street

NEW YORK—iN DEMAND LLC has signed a 13-year lease renewal to occupy the entire 47,500-sq.-ft. 17th floor at Trinity Real Estate’s 345 Hudson Street property in New York City. The digital video products and services company has been a tenant at 345 Hudson Street since 2000.

Trinity Real Estate was represented in-house by Tom Lynch while iN DEMAND was represented by CBRE Eric Deutsch, EVP, as well as Jason Pollen and Jared Freede.

“Having been tenant and a part of the Hudson Square community for more than a decade, iN DEMAND was a pioneer in the movement of media and creative firms to the area,” said Jason D. Pizer, president of Trinity Real Estate.

Other creative, media, corporate, fashion, arts and nonprofits companies situated in Hudson Square include Tory Burch, Horizon Media, Omnicom, New York Magazine, The Children’s Museum of Arts and more.

Comprised of approximately 984,000 sq. ft. of space, 345 Hudson Street is a 17-story property that was completed in 1931. The property spans the full block from King to Charlton streets and includes a renovated lobby, on-site management and security and 24/7 tenant access.
