NEW YORK—DSA Property Group, parent company of DSA Realty and DSA Management Co. Inc., has opened a new corporate office at 60 Madison Ave. The company occupies 2,200 sq. ft. of space in the building, situated in Manhattan’s Flatiron District.
“We are very excited with the growth of our company embodied in the opening of our new corporate office,” said DSA Property Group CEO Arik Lifshitz. “Ultimately, our goal is to continue to grow and strengthen all our residential and commercial brands.”
The new office will be the operations hub and management office for all of DSA’s brands. DSA Property Group is a real estate holdings firm and parent company of DSA Management Co. Inc. and DSA Realty Services. DSA Management Co. Inc. was founded 25 years ago and is a multi-national organization with more than 100 employees. The company owns or manages 1,000 units throughout New York City, as well as developments in upstate New York, New Jersey and Jerusalem, Israel. DSA Realty Services is a full-service residential and commercial real estate brokerage that was founded in 2007.
