Family & Children’s Agency Signs 9,000SF in Norwalk, Conn.

NEW YORK—Family & Children’s Agency has signed a 10-year, 9,000-sq.-ft. lease at 140 Water Street in Norwalk, Conn. The nonprofit human service organization is relocating from its current space nearby, which totals 6,000 sq. ft.

CBRE’s David Block and Barbara Segalini-Stilley negotiated the long-term lease on behalf of Family & Children’s Agency, while Silver Pine Real Estate of Wilton, Conn. represented the building ownership, David Anspach.

“Our firm has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years, which necessitated the move to a larger space in order to better serve the community with our range of needs-based services,” said Robert Cashel, president and CEO of Family & Children’s Agency. “The freestanding building will also afford us the opportunity to incorporate our own branding throughout the property.”

Established more than seven decades ago, Family & Children’s Agency provides solution-focused services to t children and families, youth, adults and seniors.
