iLevel Solutions Subleases Space at 2 Penn Plaza

NEW YORK—iLevel Solutions has subleased 11,000 sq. ft. of space at 2 Penn Plaza from Forest Electric’s space on the fourth floor. Colliers International arranged the transaction with Ted Rotante, executive managing director, Ernest DeLucia and James Marcellino representing Forest Electric.

Cushman and Wakefield’s Mark Mandel represented the sub-tenant in the transaction.

“iLevel Solutions needed more space for staff to develop innovative software and support top-tier customers,” said Rotante. “The iLevel team wanted office space consistent with a technology company culture while also affording a convenient commute.”

Forest Electric is a subsidiary of EMCOR Group Inc. and has a second office location in New Jersey.

Constructed in 1967, 2 Penn Plaza is a 29-story commercial building located at Pennsylvania Station and within walking distance to Macy’s Herald Square and Madison Square Garden. Additional tenants at the property include MSG Network, several radio stations and JP Morgan Chase Manhattan Bank, among others.
