NEW YORK—Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates Inc. (KDA) has arranged the sale of two industrial buildings at 252 Newport Street and 507 Osborn Street in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn for $6.3 million.
Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates was the exclusive broker with Neil Dolgin, Grant Dolgin and Neil Fertile of representing both the buyer, Tuck It Away Newport I LLC/Tuck It Away 2 LLC/Tuck It Away Osborn LLC, and the seller, Imperial Paper Box Corporation, in the transaction.
Totaling a combined 138,000 sq. ft., both properties were occupied by one tenant for more than five decades. The properties offer access to public transportation as well as the Linden Boulevard/POW-MIA Memorial Highway as well as the Belt Parkway.
A four-story, 70,000-sq.-ft. warehouse space, 252 Newport Street offers a full basement, two loading docks and high ceilings. The Osborn Street property is located between Newport Street and Lott Avenue and totals 58,000 sq. ft. of space and also includes a full basement.
