Manhattan Wardrobe Supply Renews Lease at 245 West 29th Street

NEW YORK—Manhattan Wardrobe Supply Inc., a retail store serving Manhattan’s theater professionals, has signed a 7,600-sq.-ft. lease renewal at 245 West 29th Street. Perry Mesmer, executive managing director with Colliers International, arranged the transaction working on behalf of the tenant, while Michael Moorin, a senior managing director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, represented the landlord, 245 W 29 LLC.

Constructed in 1929, 245 West 29th Street stands 17 stories tall and contains 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. Located between Seventh and Eighth avenues, the property is in close proximity to Penn Station and public transportation. Other tenants at the building include Alpha Workshops, Ganges Ogilvy and The French Paradox, among others.

Manhattan Wardrobe Supply, which also serves the general public, offers hangers and storage products, sewing, crafts, shoe care, makeup and more. The company has occupied its current space for 15 years.
