Omnicom Expands Downtown HQ

NEW YORK CITY—The advertising agency Omnicom is expanding its presence in Manhattan, taking another full floor of 39,347 sq. ft. at 195 Broadway. The move brings its total footage in the 29-story landmarked property to over 260,000 sq. ft.

The million-sq.-ft. building, which once served as the New York headquarters of AT&T, is owned by L&L Holding Company LLC in partnership with Beacon Capital Partners. The William Welles Bosworth-designed building is located between Lower Manhattan’s two major public transportation hubs, the Fulton Street Transportation Center and the Calatrava Path station at the World Trade Center.

Lee Feld of Feld Real Estate LLC represented Omnicom in this long-term expansion while David C. Berkey of L&L Holding Company LLC represented building’s ownership.
