NEW YORK—TABOOLA Inc. has signed a five-year, 6,142-sq.-ft. lease at 44 West 18th Street. James Buslik, principal of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, Forty Four Eighteen Associates, in the transaction, while Jared Freede of CBRE represented the tenant.
TABOOLA plans to use its new space for general and executive offices.
A 12-story property, 44 West 18th Street was constructed in 1906. The property offers 24/7 access and security, as well as newly renovated elevators. Other tenants at the property include Pucci II Inc., Pace Editions and Ronald Jonas Interiors.
