NEW YORK—Washington, D.C.-based Ullico Inc. provided a $41 million, five-year refinancing for The Cameo, an apartment complex in Midtown Manhattan. Financed by Ullico on behalf of its Separate Account J (J for Jobs), the property, which stands seven stories tall, is located at 311 West 50th Street.
Separate Account J is managed by The Union Labor Life Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Ullico.
The Cameo is a 102-unit apartment building with a 60-car parking garage. Features at the property includes a 24-hour attended lobby; common area; fitness center; laundry room; a 2,000-sq.-ft. landscaped residents’ sundeck; and a six-camera, closed-circuit video security system.
Unit features include floor-to-ceiling thermal pane windows; pass-through kitchens; hardwood floors; hardwood cabinetry and more.
