NEW YORK—Mansour Tabibnia and Barry Farchi of Azad Property represented both the anonymous buyer and the seller in the $6 million disposition of 338 West 17th Street in Chelsea.
Totaling 8,575 sq. ft., the property includes 18 apartments spanning five walk-up floors.
“The sellers owned the building for more than 10 years and were able to get asking price on this building,” said Tabibnia.
