NEW YORK—Urban Outfitters and TD Bank have both signed leases at 180 Broadway, a new mixed-use development in lower Manhattan. Owned by SL Green, Jeff Sutton and Harel Insurance, the property is now 100 percent lease.

Urban Outfitters signed a 15-year, 21,653-sq.-ft. lease to occupy space on the property’s third floor, while TD Bank signed a 20-year, 2,752-sq.-ft. bank branch lease.

“We are proud to participate in the revitalization of downtown Manhattan, and to announce the completion and stabilization of our first ground-up student housing property,” said Andrew Mathias, president, SL Green.
