Xerox Corp. Signs 14,000-SF Sublease at 485 Lexington Ave.

NEW YORK—Xerox Corp. has signed a 14,000-sq.-ft. sublease to occupy the entire 22nd floor of 485 Lexington Ave. Located between 46th and 47th streets, the company subleased the space from Novantas LLC, a management consulting firm headquartered in New York City.

Cushman & Wakefield, led by Jonathan Serko, Andrew Ross and Richard Serko, represented Novantas in the transaction, while Mark Maltz with the law firm of Davis and Gilbert represented Novantas as legal counsel. Xerox was represented by Doug Neye and Matt Astrachan of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Standing 32 stories tall, 485 Lexington Ave. is a class-A office building in the Grand Central submarket. Constructed in 1956, the property is situated in close proximity to public transportation.
