Honolulu – Locally based Alexander & Baldwin Inc. (A&B) recently agreed to buy two neighborhood shopping centers: the Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center in Windward Oahu, Hawaii, and the Carefree Shopping Center in Carefree, Ariz.
he Kaneohe Bay property is A&B’s first shopping center on the island of Oahu. The Carefree Shopping Center is located in a growing area north of Phoenix, where A&B already owns two properties. The purchase price of the centers was not disclosed.
