BETHESDA, Md. – Locally based CoStar Group Inc. has signed a multi-market, multi-year renewal agreement with Northbrook, Ill.-based Grubb & Ellis Co. Under the terms of the agreements, CoStar will provide Grubb & Ellis employees in the firm’s 42 U.S. offices access to CoStar information products and services, which include CoStar Property, CoStar Tenant and CoStar COMPSÂ. Grubb & Ellis employees, who are currently using CoStar COMPSÂ, will be upgraded to a new Web-based version.
