Pittsburgh – The locally based Gustine Co., an affiliate of the Armstrong Group of Cos., and Tampa, Fla.-based AG Development Group recently announced a joint venture to form AG Armstrong Development LLC. The new company will provide full-service development and real estate services to retail and commercial clients.
According to W. Gregg Baldwin, president of The Gustine Co., Publix Supermarkets Inc. has contracted with AG Armstrong Development to develop five supermarkets in the Tampa area over the next 12 months.
