Westminster, Md. – New York-based Strategic Resources Corp. (SRC) announced that a veteran team of mall leasing specialists has been hired to invigorate the TownMall of Westminster.
With more than 80 years in the shopping center industry, Baltimore-based The Daniel Group will develop a merchandising and leasing plan for the 530,000-sq.-ft. mall. Leasing and project manager Eileen Stoner will supervise the leasing process for SRC, and G. Richard Hanor will focus his talents on acquiring anchor stores.
