The Mills Corp. and the William Morris Agency announce joint venture

Arlington, Va. – Locally based The Mills Corp. and the New York-based William Morris Agency recently formed a joint venture to provide strategic business consulting and corporate advisory services in venue-based branding and marketing.

The new company, Venue3D, will be a network of venue owners / operators, real estate developers and consumer brands, with high-trafficked retail, mixed-use and office locations. Venue3D’s initial client portfolio offers marketers strategic access to more than 200 well-known consumer destinations in North America and more than one billion consumers per year.
