Tempe, Ariz. – Locally based Mobile Mini Inc. announced two acquisitions establishing the company in Milwaukee, Wis. and Charlotte, N.C.
Mobile Mini purchased the storage assets of Milwaukee-based Guiffre Bros./Cranes Inc., which operated as Rent A Store. Mobile Mini also acquired all of the assets of Charlotte-based Metrolina Truck & Trailer Service Inc. The purchase price for the acquisitions totaled approximately $4.4 million.
