Murray Hill Properties acquires $85 million Madison Square Park building

NEW YORK – Murray Hill Properties/TCN Worldwide, New York, has acquired the 368,000 sq. ft. Madison Square Park building, located just off Madison Avenue, from Lend Lease for $85 million. The 20-story Madison Square Park building was built in 1912 and has been completely renovated in the last five years. The building’s current tenants include Bertelsman and the Jewish Community Center. Structuretone Builders is the anchor. Lend Lease was represented by Darcy Stacem of Cushman & Wakefield. Murray Hill Properties was represented by Norman Sturner, a general partner.
