NAI Miami Represents Stadium Corners in Sales in Excess of $2,000,000 in Miami, Florida

Miami, Florida: Jeremy S. Larkin and Eric C. Eisenberg of NAI Miami, formerly Larkin Schmidt Commercial, announced on behalf of their client, CNV, LLV, they negotiated the sale of in excess of 2 acres of land at Stadium Corners in two separate transactions to Amerada Hess Corporation and WKL II and Associates, Inc., a Denny’s Restaurant franchisee.

Amerada Hess Corporation purchased the northernmost parcel of the 20+ acre project for $1,300,000 and will operate their typical first class Hess retail gas facility, convenience store and fast food restaurant that is designed to fit on a 65,000 square foot pad.

WKL II and Associates, Inc., owned by prominent businessman and Miamian, Dr. William C. Robinson, a Denny’s Restaurant franchisee, will construct a new Denny’s Restaurant on his newly acquired one acre parcel. The purchase price was $675,000.

Stadium Corners, a mixed-use development across from Joe Robbie Stadium, is located at the intersection of N.W. 27th Avenue (University Boulevard) and N.W. 199th Street (Honey Hill Road). Stadium Corners is at ground zero for retailing in the North Miami-Dade County Corridor and is a strong, middle class market currently underserved by most retail and service uses. Located at one of the few intersections that lead directly to two major highways in less than one mile, the daily traffic count is approximately 75,000 vehicles, not including the additional traffic from patrons visiting the adjacent stadium to watch The Florida Marlins, Miami Dolphins, the Orange Bowl or a multitude of other special events.
